Julie UbertAdministration Manager, City of Lake Stevens PDJulie Ubert began her law enforcement career in 2004 as a records clerk for the Lake Stevens Police Department. Her prior educational and professional experience has been in hospitality and customer service. In this position, Julie plans, organizes and directs records management and office programs for the administration division within the police department. She provides long range planning; assisting in developing policy and procedures and budget preparation and analysis. She ensures the proper management of records, evidence, training, purchasing and all administrative services to our citizens. Julie has served as Treasurer for LEIRA, WA State's Law Enforcement Information and Records Association for the last eight years. |
